We’re looking for a results-driven Dispatch Manager to lead and own dispatch operations.
This is not a dispatcher role — it’s a leadership position focused on execution, team performance, and operational control.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and manage the dispatch team
- Oversee daily load planning & execution
- Ensure on-time performance and route efficiency
- Handle escalations and real-time issues
- Track KPIs and improve operational performance
- Maintain compliance (ELD, HOS, etc.)
- Hold team accountable and drive results
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in U.S. trucking dispatch
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong operational mindset (not just task execution)
- Decision-maker under pressure
- Organized, fast, and solutions-driven
- Experience with dispatch systems, ELD, Excel
