We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a Global Logistics Manager to lead international and domestic logistics operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on global shipping, trade compliance, and improving how products move across the supply chain. You will oversee import and export activity, manage external partners, and drive process improvements across logistics operations.
What You Will Do
- Oversee global logistics including international shipping and domestic transportation
- Ensure import and export compliance across all shipments
- Manage freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PL partners
- Improve logistics performance, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines
- Partner with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a logistics team
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of supply chain or logistics experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong background in international logistics and trade compliance
- Experience working with customs, brokers, and global shipments
- Manufacturing or product-based industry experience preferred (chemical industry a plus)
- ERP experience required
- Customs Broker license is a plus
