We’re seeking to connect a Global IT Manager Infrastructure and Security with a leading company in manufacturing on a contract-to-hire basis. The role is hybrid and located in Birmingham, MI. As a Global IT Manager Infrastructure and Security, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative, global team and leverage your expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with global IT and business teams to align infrastructure strategy and execution
Break down infrastructure and cloud initiatives into actionable plans for technical teams and stakeholders
Oversee network, systems, and cloud environments to ensure performance, scalability, and security
Partner with managed service providers to deliver high-quality IT support and services
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives across the organization
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and on-prem infrastructure
Experience working with managed service providers
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
