Project Coordinator II

Location: Livonia, MI (Hybrid)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide project administration and reporting support while also assisting with data dashboards and reporting tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general project administration and support to project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, notes, and files.
- Review, validate, and document invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Perform checks and balances to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Ensure accounting and reporting guidelines are followed.
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting with program managers.
- Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data analysis and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
