About the Role
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and will own the overall technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy for the organization.
This leader will oversee engineering, product development, infrastructure, data, and information security, ensuring technology initiatives directly support business growth, operational performance, and long-term scalability.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with executive leadership, bringing experience scaling SaaS platforms while building high-performing teams and delivering predictable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute a long-term enterprise technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and operating cadence across engineering, product, and technology functions.
- Provide leadership visibility into product roadmap progress, delivery performance, and technical risk areas.
- Ensure technology investments directly support revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Platform Architecture, Infrastructure & Security
- Lead modernization of platform architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support scalability, resilience, and high system performance.
- Strengthen cybersecurity programs, compliance practices, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Oversee enterprise data architecture and analytics infrastructure supporting organizational decision-making.
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across high-volume operational environments.
Product & Engineering Leadership
- Drive operational discipline across product and engineering teams to improve delivery speed, predictability, and quality.
- Build and scale high-performing teams across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT functions.
- Implement structured development processes and accountability frameworks across full-stack teams.
- Foster a culture of product ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
AI & Data Innovation
- Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities across both internal systems and external product offerings.
- Enable data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, reporting frameworks, and intelligent workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve operational performance and user outcomes.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Improve coordination between technology, operations, and product teams to optimize workflows and systems.
- Communicate technology strategy, platform health, and scalability plans to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
- Position the technology organization to support future scale, integrations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience across technology, engineering, and product leadership, including at least 5 years in executive roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms that directly support revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS), enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience leading full-stack development teams within modern engineering environments (TypeScript ecosystems such as Vue.js or Nest.js preferred).
- Track record implementing AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives within technology platforms.
- Strong operational leadership combined with the ability to drive long-term technical vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
