About the Role
Uwill is seeking an experienced analyst who will enable critical product and business decisions as we continue to grow and expand our platform. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Product Management and plays a key role in driving data-informed decisions across product, customer success, and marketing.
You will help guide the setup of the data infrastructure and focus on analyzing product performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting strategic initiatives through data insights and market research. You will also help build dashboards that serve as single sources of truth across departments, enabling easy access to key metrics and consistent data storytelling for both internal and client-facing purposes. Additionally, you’ll design, run, and analyze surveys to support marketing initiatives and measure clinical outcomes.
Your work will directly impact the optimization of our platform, the success of our customers, and the overall growth of the business.
Key Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights
- Solid understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and statistical measurement
- Ability to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R) and tracking/visualization tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Looker)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance and user behavior to provide insights for product decisions
- Support product managers by defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and product performance
- Partner with teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize user engagement
- Design and analyze surveys to support marketing and customer success initiatives
- Lead analyses of clinical outcomes and other user data to drive research initiatives and evidence-based product strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product or business analytics, preferably in tech or healthcare
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, computer science) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work in healthcare or mental health industries
- Proficiency with R, Stata, or other data analysis software tools
- Experience with clinical survey instruments (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
- Exposure to high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows

Hiring Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)
