Logistics Specialist
King of Prussia, PA (100% Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to support daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, inventory management, warehousing, and limited transportation activities. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient and compliant supply of materials and finished goods across a regulated environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly skilled in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day logistics operations aligned with production and distribution schedules
- Oversee warehouse inventory control and maintain accuracy across systems
- Coordinate transportation for raw materials, components, and finished goods (minimal focus)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with procurement, planning, and quality teams
- Utilize SAP for logistics workflows, inventory management, and reporting
Experience
- 6+ years of logistics experience
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations
- 4–6 years of hands‑on SAP experience (required)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Hard Skills
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP or other regulated industry requirements (pharma/biotech experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with freight coordination, warehousing systems, and material flow processes
- Ability to interpret logistics data and generate system‑based reports
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills — able to collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues before they impact operations
