We Are Hiring: Third Party Operations Specialist!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS?

We are looking for a Third Party Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain organization in New York City!

Role Details:

Location: New York, NY 10003
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office/week)
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $37.50 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-hour workday)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential for extension)

What You Will Do:

Coordinate the onboarding, setup, and maintenance of third-party suppliers using Oracle EBS.
Review, track, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and compliance documents.
Support TPRM initiatives to ensure suppliers meet regulatory and company requirements.
Analyze supplier data to resolve discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Risk Management teams.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Data Analysis.
Systems: Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS is required.
Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), strong data integrity, and sharp analytical skills.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of TPRM, managing COIs, or auditing supplier documentation.
