Corporate Logistics Manager

I’m partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Corporate Logistics Manager to lead transportation strategy and drive enterprise-wide logistics optimization.
This role blends hands-on operational problem solving with strategic supply chain leadership. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve transportation performance, reduce cost, and standardize best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Evaluating transportation and logistics networks to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and service gaps
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on-time delivery and reduce transit variability
- Leveraging KPIs, analytics, and BI tools to drive data-backed decisions
- Conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for service disruptions
- Supporting optimization and enhancement of TMS and ERP platforms
- Partnering across procurement, finance, and operations to align logistics strategy with broader business goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management
- Strong understanding of truckload and LTL rate structures
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with BI/reporting tools
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with ERP and Transportation Management Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
