: Manufacturing Engineer
Education: Bachelors or Five years of work experience within a manufacturing environment
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving CNC Machining processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Design and implement new manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new machined products.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for production processes and propose solutions to reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot existing production issues and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
