We have an outstanding opportunity for a Projects Manager to guides cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering results on time and within scope.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Projects Manager applies business process and systems expertise to plan, organize, and manage resources, procedures, and timelines for high-impact projects that support priority initiatives within the Strategic Plan.
This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Salary Range: $88,000-$100,000

What Your Day Looks Like
- Demonstrate expertise in project management processes: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
- Monitor performance and recommend adjustments to scope, schedule, cost, or resources.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement PMO standards, governance, and best practices.
- Connect short-term demands to long-term strategic implications, aligned with the business case.
- Communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders with transparency.
- Balance competing project constraints, including scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk.
- Apply financial literacy to track budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, manage expenditures, and understand the financial impact of decisions.
- Understand the technical domain of assigned projects (e.g., software development, business process transformation) and utilize project management tools and dashboards effectively.
- Identify inefficiencies, support business process design and reengineering, and facilitate organizational change.
- Create and refine standard operating procedures and support the adoption of new ways of working.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Align projects with organizational strategy and demonstrate awareness of market dynamics and business models.
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans and support informed decision-making.
- Provide input on contracts and review them to ensure scope completeness and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills to present project goals, status updates, and risk assessments clearly, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, clients, and technical teams.
- Proven collaboration and negotiation abilities to unite diverse groups, build consensus, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy to support effective conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities, leveraging tools such as the Five Whys to identify root causes and facilitate collaborative, innovative solutions across teams.
- Exceptional adaptability and resilience to adjust plans, reallocate resources, and remain composed under pressure while making sound decisions in dynamic environments.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience creating templates and project plans.
- Proven ability to oversee complex projects and coordinate multiple project portfolios.
- Ability to create and manage a knowledge base of project documents, templates, and metrics.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Monday.com, Smartsheets or equivalent.
- Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) or Process Improvement (SSGB) certifications or in progress to be certified.
