We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Kent, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various logistical and administrative functions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to support our Sales Team. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with sales teams, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring customer accounts and information are accurately updated.
• Collaborate with major retailers to manage contracts, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Create and deliver weekly and monthly status reports, highlighting updates, delays, and changes.
• Prepare and organize presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory management, including updating product information and coordinating sample packages.
• Arrange customer sample packages, including document preparation and occasional photography for distribution.
• Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and warehouse staff to ensure logistic accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-notch service across phone and email channels.
• Utilize Acumatica, Excel, and OneDrive for data management, reporting, and document sharing.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure all processes align with operational goals.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred for reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Acumatica and OneDrive for document and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver accurate work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Reliable and dependable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
