Responsibilities

Seattle–Tacoma Area | $81,600 Base + Bonus Opportunities | $100K+ Earning Potential
Are you a people-focused problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done?
We’re looking for a Residential Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead home-improvement projects throughout the Seattle–Tacoma area.
This is more than a project coordination role. You’ll be the person our clients rely on, the connection point between our customers, crews, vendors, and sales team, and a key part of making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Six-Figure Earning Opportunity

If you’re motivated, organized, accountable, and enjoy being rewarded for delivering great results, there is significant opportunity to grow your income while building a long-term career with the company.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer experience from project kickoff through completion, keeping clients informed and ensuring they feel taken care of every step of the way.
Kick off new projects and keep the entire process moving as efficiently and smoothly as possible while maintaining company standards.
Coordinate crews, vendors, sales representatives, and other partners to keep projects on schedule and eliminate unnecessary delays.
Monitor project progress, identify potential problems early, and raise red flags before small issues become major ones.
Resolve customer concerns and project conflicts with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Maintain clear project documentation and reporting while providing management with a complete picture of project status, challenges, and opportunities.
Protect the company's reputation by maintaining high standards for communication, professionalism, quality, and compliance.
Take ownership of projects and outcomes rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
Develop your leadership and management abilities as you grow within the organization.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and overall company performance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented

An excellent communicator
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Confident working with customers and resolving difficult situations
A natural problem solver who doesn't get overwhelmed when things don't go according to plan
Accountable and willing to take ownership
Comfortable coordinating multiple people and moving parts
Motivated by high standards and continuous improvement
Professional, dependable, and positive
Interested in developing into a stronger leader and manager over time
Home-improvement, construction, project management, sales, operations, or customer-service experience is a plus—but the right attitude, communication skills, and ability to take ownership are just as important.
If you're looking for a job where you simply show up, complete a checklist, and go home, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
if you're looking for a long-term career with real responsibility, meaningful earning potential, leadership development, and the opportunity to create real value for customers, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a growing local and national team, develop valuable management skills, and build a career with a company that is committed to excellence.
