Job Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Specialist in IT systems to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to endusers for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role will also help with the
implementation of the current Infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support via phone, email, Teams, or in-person for internal users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows systems, common
applications, printers, network connectivity, and user accounts.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral
equipment.
• Create and manage support tickets and track them to resolution using our ticketing
system.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees including hardware setup, account
provisioning, and access rights.
• Document technical procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Ensure security best practices are followed on user devices.
• Assist with the Infrastructure related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
• College degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems.
• Experience working in banks or financial institutions preferred.
Skills Essential:

• Advanced MS Office suite proficiency
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure and networking.
