Description: This is a full-time live-in position for an Assistant Residential House Manager to provide support and supervision to homeless high school youth.
Duties include but are not limited to helping these youth learn daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, time management and conflict resolution, etc. Assistant Managers help plan community engagements for the residents. Managers are responsible for cleaning all common areas.
The position may require house managers to use company vehicles to pick up food donations and transport youth as needed.
Assistant Managers must reside overnight at the home, based on the posted schedule, with the exception of the 2 days off a week.

Qualifications: Applicant must be at least 26 years of age or older, completed an AA or Bachelor's Degree or significant years of experience working with youth, possess a valid driver’s license and a clear criminal background.
Additional Requirements: This is a live-in position.
Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida and/or Tampa, Florida
Schedule: 40 hours weekly - 8-10 hour shift - Shifts include days, nights and weekends. Position requires sleeping overnight at the home on assigned nights. Position requires full-time staff to work in an essential capacity, such as natural disasters - preparation, evacuation and recovery and holiday coverage.
