What You'll Do:
- Perform restoration services, including water mitigation, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
- Remove compromised building materials.
- Handle contents with care, including packing.
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles.
- Document job details accurately through daily logs and restoration reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
On-Call Expectations:
- Technicians are on-call one week per month.
- All team members are expected to respond in the event of a local catastrophic event or large commercial loss.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical demands (lifting up to 75 lbs).
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- IICRC certifications (Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.) are a plus, but not required—we offer training!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
