Role Overview
The CEO will have full P&L and operational responsibility. You will lead the business from late-stage development through commissioning, ramp-up, and scale, ensuring that the company launches as a high-credibility, high-performance industrial platform. This role requires deep operating judgment, disciplined capital allocation, and the ability to build trust with customers, lenders, employees, and investors simultaneously.

Ideal Background
- 15–25+ years in industrial manufacturing, beverage, food, or contract manufacturing
- Has personally led: Greenfield builds, major brownfield expansions and multi-disciplinary teams (ops, commercial, finance, engineering)
- Comfortable with: Board-level accountability, Lender scrutiny, Complex stakeholder environments
Core Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the long-term platform strategy, translating investor ambition into clear operating priorities and building a repeatable, scalable model
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Midwest site — engineering, construction, and commissioning — ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and Day 1 operational readiness
- Establish world-class standards in safety, quality, and reliability
- Partner closely with Commercial to secure bankable customer contracts and align capacity, customer mix, and ramp-up sequencing while maintaining disciplined, value-led revenue selection
- Own the full P&L, cash flow, and capital allocation, including equipment financing and project debt processes
- Deliver transparent, lender- and investor-grade reporting and financial predictability
- Recruit and develop a high-calibre leadership team and set the tone for a culture of accountability, execution, and operational excellence
- Lead evaluation of new sites and M&A opportunities, ensuring expansion is customer-led, capital-disciplined, and operationally executable
