We are a leading Ready-Mix Concrete provider, supplying high-quality products to the construction industry. Our operations include batching, logistics, and customer service, supporting projects from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure.
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales of ready-mix concrete products. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery in coordination with dispatch and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals for ready-mix concrete products.
- Coordinate with dispatch and plant personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM knowledge

Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly understand, ready-mix concrete products, applications, and customer segments.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related.

2-3 years of sales experience in construction or building materials preferred.
