What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Mechanical / Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and improving products while ensuring quality, performance, and manufacturability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engineering projects from concept through production, coordinating with cross-functional teams along the way.
- Designing and developing new products or improving existing ones, including preparing detailed schematics, CAD drawings, and prototypes.
- Analyzing test data to ensure products meet functional and performance requirements.
- Collaborating with sales, research, and principal engineers to resolve design challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Engaging with suppliers and customers to incorporate feedback and optimize designs.
- Overseeing field testing and validation, including on-site customer support and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining product documentation, manuals, and layouts to support new and updated products.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8+ years of engineering experience in product design within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with mechanical aptitude and experience using 2D/3D CAD tools (CATIA preferred).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of HVAC/airflow or HVLS fan engineering a plus for certain positions.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
