Wholesale Operations & Account Coordinator (Off-Price Retailers)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Wholesale Operations & Account Coordinator to support the administrative and operational needs of our off-price retailers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to act as a liaison between factories, import teams, and retail accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and promptly
- Track delivery status and communicate updates with internal teams and external customers
- Work with retailers to resolve issues related to shipping, bookings, and reorders
- Manage order information in AIMS, including cancellations, updates, and end-of-season cleanup
- Collaborate with sales teams to address inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages)
- Organize new projects and maintain clear communication with Account Managers
- Proactively follow up on pending tasks and order statuses
- Serve as liaison between factories, import teams, and retail accounts to coordinate production timelines, shipping schedules, and customs/import documentation
- Monitor import processes to ensure timely delivery and compliance
- Perform related tasks as assigned
COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with retail math and inventory analysis
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Experience with off-price retailers preferred
- Experience with AIMS or similar order management systems a plus
- Experience coordinating with factories and import logistics preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years’ experience in wholesale, retail operations, or related support roles
