We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build production-grade Generative AI and machine learning systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants their work in production, tied to revenue, and visible at senior stakeholder level.
This team sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business strategy. You’ll own GenAI solutions end to end from problem definition through deployment and play a key role in shaping how AI is applied across marketing and media use cases.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and deploy LLM-powered GenAI systems used by live clients
- Design ML and statistical models with clear, measurable business and revenue impact
- Develop end-to-end data science software (APIs, pipelines, deployments, monitoring — not just notebooks)
- Evaluate and help define the future GenAI / ML technology stack
- Communicate insights and AI-driven decisions directly with director-level client stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and help set technical standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Scientist
- Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI systems, especially with LLMs
- Practical experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
- Strong Python and SQL
- Experience building production data science or ML systems
- Comfortable translating business problems into technical solutions
- Experience in marketing, media, or advertising tech is a plus (not required)
