Logistics Manager – Materials & Dispatch
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role
Ragle, Inc. is launching a new centralized logistics function to support material movement across our West Texas and South Fort Worth operations. We are seeking a Logistics Manager - Materials & Dispatch to own and coordinate the flow of aggregates, asphalt oils, cement, and lime between suppliers, plants, and job sites.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and wants to build processes where none currently exist. You’ll play a key role in keeping plants running, projects on schedule, and costs under control using modern logistics systems and real-time tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own centralized material ordering and dispatch coordination
- Coordinate daily with asphalt plants, concrete plants, aggregate suppliers, and trucking partners
- Manage material orders, tickets, and deliveries using Command Alkon
- Track GPS data, ETAs, and delivery status to ensure full visibility
- Proactively prevent plant downtime and jobsite delays
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, delays, and reroutes in real time
- Build, document, and improve logistics processes and SOPs
- Communicate clearly with field crews, vendors, and internal leadership
- Prepare and report weekly logistics performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, construction, materials, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Clear, confident communication with both field and office teams
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn logistics systems and GPS tools
- Ownership mentality with a desire to grow into a leadership role
Prior experience with Command Alkon is a plus, but not required. Training can be provided.
