Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore City County, MD. The Vice President of Operations will oversee the operational management and strategic direction of key areas within the organization. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, overseeing budgets and performance indicators, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading initiatives to align the organization's strategies with its mission and values. Additionally, the Vice President will lead teams, oversee key projects, and ensure high standards of execution and compliance across all departments under their leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management, ensuring efficient processes and resource utilization
- Proven experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning for achieving organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead exceptional Customer Service initiatives
- Experience in overseeing and executing Project Management within a complex organizational structure
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in nonprofit management or community-focused organizations is a plus
