Mechanical Engineer – MEP
Position: Full-time
Location: Chicago, IL
We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of high-performance building systems on complex, fast-paced projects. In this role, you’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to design, coordinate, and support mechanical systems that ensure efficiency, reliability, and constructability across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical MEP systems from concept through construction on projects.
- Collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and other engineers to support system design and resolve coordination issues.
- Review calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support project teams with technical documentation, submittals, and field coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 1–5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- EIT certification preferred
