Ramy Turf is hiring its Director of Logistics and Operations to bring structure, calm, and consistency to a fast-moving, distribution and logistics-driven business supporting contractors with erosion control and environmental compliance solutions.
This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds leadership role where you’ll own day-to-day operations across three locations—keeping inventory accurate, orders moving, and deliveries on track, even when jobsite changes, weather windows, and deadlines create constant urgency.
What you’ll lead:
- Branch operations across distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment support
- Order flow + logistics execution (entry → staging → delivery routing → customer follow-through)
- Inventory accuracy, purchasing alignment, and SKU management
- Process improvements + standardization across locations
- ERP adoption (Foura) to improve visibility and efficiency
- Operational budgeting + performance accountability
