Role Overview
As a Logistics Specialist, you will support the Logistics Manager in organizing and communicating across various platforms to facilitate smooth production and internal transfers. This role involves updating project statuses, assisting with route planning, and developing streamlined tracking tools. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure everything runs efficiently and on time, contributing to a cohesive logistics process.
Day in the Life
- Update Microsoft Planner with project developments and communicate changes to partners
- Assist with route planning and track progress with multiple platforms
- Collaborate with partners on project details and execution steps
- Disseminate assets and materials across the building and teams
- Support staging, organization, and delivery of equipment and assets
Your Qualifications
- Experience in shipping/receiving specific to logistics roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Driving and routing experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
