Role Description
- Company IT Systems & Cloud Management
- Manage and optimize the company’s overall IT infrastructure, supporting multiple office locations and remote employees.
- Administer and maintain cloud-based productivity systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Lark, or similar platforms).
- Office Equipment & IT Asset Management
- Configure, deploy, track, and retrieve IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and phones.
- Support new employee onboarding by setting up devices, initializing systems, and installing required software.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories to ensure traceability across multiple offices and remote teams.
- Coordinate IT equipment allocation and technical support across different office locations.
- Software & Company Security Management
- Install, configure, and maintain company-required software and systems.
- Manage endpoint security tools, including device management, antivirus software, firewalls, VPNs, and MDM solutions.
- Ensure company data, accounts, and devices meet baseline information security and compliance standards.
- Handle day-to-day IT support requests from employees, providing both remote and on-site support as needed.
- VOIP & Communication Systems
- Configure, manage, and maintain VOIP / cloud-based phone systems (e.g., RingCentral, Zoom Phone, 8x8, Zoiper).
- Manage extensions, call routing rules, and voicemail settings to ensure seamless communication for both office-based and remote employees.
- Remote Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for global or multi-location offices and remote employees, including software installation, system setup, and issue diagnosis.
- Deploy and maintain security tools (VPN, antivirus, MDM) remotely and enforce basic security policies.
- Resolve IT support tickets efficiently to ensure business continuity.
- Multi-Office Collaboration Support
- Ensure consistency in IT system configurations across multiple office locations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve cross-regional technical issues related to network access and software usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT administration, systems support, or IT operations (experience with small-to-mid-sized, multi-location companies is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with VOIP or cloud phone systems (e.g., RingCentral, Zoom Phone, 8x8, Zoiper), including 0–1 setup experience preferred.
- Strong remote support capability, with the ability to independently troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues in remote work environments.
- Prior IT experience in an Accounting Firm, CPA Firm, or professional services organization is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to support Chinese-speaking teams.
