Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Schaumburg, IL. Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring transportation schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and streamlining fleet operations. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, The Dispatcher will oversee and coordinate freight operations during 14:30-22:00. Managing logistical queries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall effectiveness of fleet activities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in logistics coordination and route optimization
- Excellent communication skills, including phone and digital communication
- Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills for addressing unexpected delays and challenges
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- We accept zero experience, however, previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or relevant fields is a plus
