Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Terminal Manager based in Denver, CO. The Terminal Manager will oversee day-to-day terminal operations, manage a team of employees and contractors, and ensure efficient operational workflows. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, optimizing terminal activities, coordinating schedules, and upholding high customer service standards to deliver exceptional services. Additionally, the Terminal Manager will lead training initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

- Proven experience in Terminal Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences
- Experience in Training and employee development
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations within the transportation industry
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred
