Koscom Cable Inc. is a U.S.-based telecommunications company specializing in cable installation and infrastructure projects across multiple states. We manage large-scale field operations and work with subcontractors nationwide to deliver high-quality telecom services.
Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle: bidding, project launch, execution, and delivery
- Prepare and manage project bids, estimates, and cost calculations
- Launch new telecom/cable projects across multiple U.S. states
- Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors and field crews
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Track timelines, budgets, KPIs, and project performance
- Conduct site visits and support on-site project coordination
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in telecom/cable or field operations
- Hands-on experience with bidding and project estimation
- Proven experience launching projects from scratch
- Experience recruiting and managing contractors/subcontractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel; U.S. work authorization required
