Position Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator owns the end-to-end execution and coordination of sales orders, inventory verification, and ERP transactions in support of customer fulfillment and supply chain operations. This role serves as a primary liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners, ensuring order accuracy, inventory alignment, and timely problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end ownership of sales orders, including validation at entry and/or approval of EDI transmissions, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Own inventory verification activities to support order fulfillment, production planning, and inventory integrity
Manage customer onboarding documentation, new item forms, and customer portal setups
Coordinate the entry, maintenance, and review of work orders to support production and inventory flow
Perform sales order invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing and support cash flow
Maintain and update demand planning tools in collaboration with the Demand Planning Manager
Serve as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries and customer service communications
Lead sales order issue resolution by coordinating across internal teams and external partners
Perform ongoing maintenance related to customers, items, and transactional data in ERP, customer portals and external platforms
Gather, validate, and maintain data to support supply chain metrics and management reporting
Prepare and distribute order reports for broker partners
Create and manage weekly transfer orders to support inventory movement between locations
Coordinate Repositrak compliance documentation and ongoing customer requirements
Monitor finished goods short-dated inventory and coordinate movement, allocation, or disposition
Review finished goods inventory and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements related to order management and inventory flow
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
Strong ERP experience required; NetSuite experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and prioritize competing demands
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Excel
