Job Summary
Command Roofing is a family-owned and operated commercial roofing company in the Dayton, OH area. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Sheet Metal Foreman. This position involves the fabrication and installation of all types of commercial roofing sheet metal, including edge metal, coping, gutters, downspouts, flashings, and custom trim. You’ll work alongside our roofing teams to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and detail.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and install commercial roofing sheet metal components
- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Operate brakes, shears, and other fabrication equipment safely
- Ensure proper fit, finish, and attachment of all metal work
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing metals, including aluminum, steel, and copper
- Ability to fabricate and install coping, fascia, gravel stop, scuppers, and custom flashing details
- Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC) a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
