We are partnering with a high-performing manufacturing organization seeking a Director of Logistics to lead end-to-end materials strategy within a complex, fast-paced production environment.

✔ End-to-end materials flow supporting high-volume manufacturing
✔ Production planning and inventory optimization strategy
✔ Customer delivery performance and logistics service levels
✔ Cross-functional alignment with Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement
✔ ERP/MRP planning systems performance and data accuracy
✔ Continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean, JIT, and pull systems
✔ Freight strategy and departmental budget accountability

The Leadership Profile We’re Seeking
You are:
- A strategic thinker with strong operational instincts
- Comfortable leading in complex, high-accountability environments
- Data-driven and financially literate
- Experienced in automotive or similarly complex manufacturing
- Skilled in ERP-based planning systems (MRP II, advanced ERP modules)
- Proven in JIT and pull-system inventory methodologies
- A developer of people and builder of high-performance teams
Background & Experience
- 10+ years in manufacturing leadership
- 5+ years in senior materials management / logistics leadership
- Experience managing salaried and hourly teams
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)
