Multi-Location Towing Operations | 8 Locations

We are conducting a nationwide search for an experienced Dispatch Manager with towing dispatch experience to lead and optimize dispatch operations across eight towing locations.

This role is built for a seasoned towing dispatcher, dispatch supervisor, or towing operations leader who understands real-world towing operations and wants to build, lead, and grow a high-performing dispatch team.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily towing dispatch operations across multiple locations
Manage, mentor, and develop towing dispatch staff
Develop, implement, and enforce dispatch SOPs and performance standards
Monitor call volume, response times, staffing levels, and service quality
Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and leadership to ensure efficient service
Resolve escalated operational and customer issues
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
Work with management on recovery billing
Develop and monitor a sales program
Drive continuous improvement as the company grows

Required shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a towing dispatcher (required)
Prior dispatch leadership or supervisory experience
Strong working knowledge of towing operations, equipment, and terminology
Confident decision-maker in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using towing dispatch systems and operational technology (Towbook or similar)
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
