Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Vice President of Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our on-site facility in Cottage Grove, MN. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing production planning and management, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The Vice President of Production will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest quality standards. This role includes managing staff, budgets, timelines, and continuous improvement efforts to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure optimal resource utilization and meeting production deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and implementing long-term initiatives to achieve organizational objectives and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing operations, including an understanding of advanced techniques and technologies in medical device production.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities to oversee cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
