Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our underground construction management team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely and on time. Your expertise in construction management and supervision will drive project success from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to high-quality underground infrastructure development.

Duties

Oversee daily construction site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to uphold safety standards and quality control measures.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution accurately.
Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management, project tracking, and bid analysis.
Coordinate with crew and project managers to resolve issues.
Supervise on-site personnel, providing leadership in managing schedules, safety protocols, and work quality.

Experience and Qualifications

2 years of verifiable experience as an underground construction foreman.
Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams on active construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Extensive knowledge of underground construction site practices.
Hands-on experience with construction site safety standards including OSHA regulations.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, and project managers.
A clean driving record and a class A drving license.
