Who are we?
The Content Operations & Innovation organization at Netflix supports content to thrill members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, we are looking to host one intern on the UCAN (United States/Canada)

PH&S team is responsible for ensuring that productions maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to industry-standard health and safety best practices in the United States and Canada.
As an intern, you’ll facilitate departmental needs and will participate in a program that provides training and development intended to give you the skill set necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in the production health and safety sector. You will gain hands-on experience working directly on productions, complemented by studio-based exposure—together providing the foundational knowledge required to support an effective health and safety program across productions.
Applicants Do Not Need Prior Experience To Apply; Once You Submit Your Application, You’ll Receive An Email Inviting You To Complete Your Application By Filling Out An Airtable Form. You’ll Also Be Asked To Submit a 300-word Maximum Statement Of Intent (preferably In PDF Format) Within The Form Using The Following Prompt
As a Production Health & Safety team, we collaborate with Film & Television industry professionals (e.g. Directors, Producers, Stunts, Special Effects, etc.) to make the impossible possible by bringing the creative vision to life, all while ensuring our cast & crew go home safely at the end of the day. At Netflix, we take it upon ourselves to think outside the scope of what traditional safety looks like when applying it to our productions. Write a statement about what specifically jumped out at you when learning about this role, why you are excited to learn more about Production Health & Safety, and what previous experience you can draw upon that would apply.
This posting will be open for a very limited time and closes on February 6. If you’re interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
