PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Creative / Marketing
REPORTS TO: Creative Director
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager plays a key role within the Creative / Marketing team to ensure the
seamless execution of all our brand initiatives and supports the Creative Director by managing
timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
This role ensures projects stay organized, are delivered on time and aligned with business
objectives by overseeing documentation, communication, reporting, and stakeholder
collaboration.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment and enabling efficient collaboration across internal teams
and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables across creative and marketing
initiatives
• Ensure alignment and coordination among internal teams, including creative, marketing,
sales planning, education, operations and external agencies
• Track milestones, dependencies, and approvals to support timely and accurate
execution
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and manage followup
actions
• Maintain clear, well-organized project documentation, status reports, and digital tracker
filing systems
• Prepare refined presentations, reports, meeting recaps, and dashboards for leadership
• Support phased rollouts, process updates, and change-management initiatives
• Conduct research to support project goals, competitive understanding, or internal
initiatives
• Summarize findings and provide actionable insights or recommendations when
appropriate
• Liaise with external partners and vendors ensuring alignment with brand standards,
objective and timeline
• Serve as a point of contact for project updates, questions, and inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required; business or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or administrative
coordination
• Experience supporting creative and marketing teams preferred; beauty or fragrance
industry experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (such
as Monday or Planner)
• Excellent organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
