We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining smooth inventory flow across production, warehousing, and distribution.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate purchase orders and production timelines with domestic and international vendors
- Track inventory levels and help maintain accurate demand and supply forecasts
- Monitor inbound shipments, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Partner with logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time product availability
- Assist with vendor communication, cost tracking, and documentation
- Support data accuracy across ERP and inventory management systems
- Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (consumer goods or apparel preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally
- Interest in product, manufacturing, and operational strategy
