Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking multiple Mid and Senior Project Management Support professionals to support a proposal we are bidding on. The location for this position may be Dayton, OH; Austin, TX; National Capital Region (NCR); or Los Angeles, CA depending on mission needs. We estimate the award will be made in April/May 2026.
These positions provides project management and coordination support across AFWERX divisions. The selected candidate will support program execution, cross-functional integration, and enterprise-wide initiatives in a dynamic Air Force innovation environment.
Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance at time of award/start of performance.
Required Qualifications
· Experience in project management within a federal or DoD environment
· Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level or multi-division program execution
· Ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives with multiple stakeholders
· Experience supporting strategic planning, execution tracking, and performance reporting
· Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans
· Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
· Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Desired Qualifications
· Experience supporting Air Force organizations, AFRL, or AFWERX
· Familiarity with SBIR/STTR programs, innovation ecosystems, or technology transition efforts
· Experience coordinating across distributed teams and geographically separated divisions
· PMP or equivalent project management certification
· Experience preparing executive-level briefings and strategic communications materials
Key Responsibilities
· Provide project management support across assigned AFWERX divisions
· Coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with mission objectives
· Develop, track, and maintain integrated project schedules and deliverables
· Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
· Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Government stakeholders and partner organizations
· Prepare reports, briefings, and status updates for leadership
· Support performance tracking and quality assurance measures in alignment with PWS requirements

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $80,000 to $140,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
