Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Project Manager to oversee the management of multiple commercial HVAC installation projects locally in Clearwater & Tampa as well as remote locations in Key West & Pensacola. Additional locations will be added.
This position requires strong knowledge of project management & construction project management. HVAC installation knowledge is needed, including commercial and new construction experience. Must be willing to travel and stay at different locations to manage projects onsite, and work onsite at our office location in Clearwater, Fl.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing commercial HVAC construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong project management skills and ability to learn & use software tools. The person will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project timelines are met.
Who we are
Poulin Cooling is an established and growing HVAC company servicing Pinellas County. We also have many large, long-term commercial HVAC Installation projects in Tampa, Key West & Pensacola (and expanding into other areas of Florida).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily HVAC Installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Utilize our management software to track project progress and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively.
- Maintain open lines of communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to address any issues or changes that arise during the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control standards.
- Ensure effective scope management by defining and controlling project boundaries.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential risks or delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and project coordination.
- Proven knowledge & experience in HVAC installation.
- Ability to learn management software.
- Ability to travel - we have projects all over the state and are continually taking on new contracts.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management practices, and estimating techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,200.45 - $76,112.38 per year
