Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Parking Access & Revenue Control System (PARCS) installations within complex, live operational environments including airports, hospitals, and higher education campuses.

This role oversees the full project lifecycle from contract handoff through system commissioning ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client operational, security, and revenue requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technical system installations in public or institutional environments where operational continuity, stakeholder coordination, and compliance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed project schedules (Gantt format) covering all activities from Notice to Proceed through final acceptance and sign-off.
Define project scope, requirements, budget estimates, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project performance, analyze status, and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as necessary.
Establish and manage scope control processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
Maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes.
Develop transition and implementation plans to ensure seamless deployment and operational readiness.
Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Escalate risks or issues to appropriate management channels in accordance with the project work plan.
Compile and deliver all required documentation, ensuring formal project sign-off and handover to Service and Support.

Schedule:

Education:

Associates or Bachelor's (Preferred) in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, and IT Systems or related field

Experience:

5-7 Years of Project Management experience in PARCS (Parking Access Revenue Control Systems)
PMP Certification (Preferred)
OSHA 10/30
Managing expectations and scope

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
