About the Role
Crown Affair is seeking a highly organized, strategic Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone across our creative, marketing, retail, and operations functions. As we scale, this role is critical in ensuring seamless execution across product launches, creative workflows, tech implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
You will be the central hub connecting teams, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a jack-of-all-trades position for someone who thrives in organized chaos, excels at stakeholder management, and takes pride in driving projects from inception to flawless execution.
What You Will Do
Marketing, GTM & Retail Project Management
• Design pipelines and structured timelines for all creative assets including evergreen campaigns, ecomm, lifestyle imagery, ingredient/material details, social, paid media, and out-of-home campaigns
• Oversee execution and accountability of creative timelines; support weekly cross-functional meetings to align on project statuses, milestones, and ownership
• Build and manage go-to-market launch timelines from ideation through execution, coordinating dependencies across product, creative, digital, and retail channels
• Create and manage rollback launch calendars (e.g., Summer 2027, Holiday 2027), backward-mapping launch dates into actionable tasks and plans
• Orchestrate launch execution across Sephora timelines, limited edition drops, and retail needs including PDP assets, paid media, merchandising, event collateral, and 360 campaigns
• Brief and track retail x social support requests and ensure proper routing between channel owners and creative teams; maintain master project calendars for leadership visibility
• Identify key stakeholders for each project and develop communication pipelines with appropriate cadence; maintain master project calendars for leadership visibility
Creative Workflow Management
• Own and optimize creative request intake process; ensure all requests are submitted via fully completed Asana forms
• Assign creative requests to designers and copywriters with clear briefs, set realistic timelines and subtasks
• Follow up with requesters and creative team to gather missing information and adjust timelines accordingly
• Check in proactively to ensure timelines are being met; route work to all necessary stakeholders and approvers via Asana
• Ensure assets are presented in appropriate review meetings and deliver final assets with proper organization in Dropbox
• Manage creative dependencies across multiple workstreams and escalate blockers before they become issues
Operations & Tech Project Management
• Project manage merchandise sourcing initiatives and product development timelines, ensuring milestone adherence and procurement triage when needed
• Lead project management for technology implementations including platform migrations, integrations, and new tool rollouts
• Manage BI and reporting projects, coordinating closely with operations, finance, and leadership to build visibility and insight across the org
• Drive operational process improvements; identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and document new ways of working
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues, establishing clear communication loops for leadership visibility
• Support Supply Chain with milestone tracking and development timelines for product launches

Requirements
• 4+ years in project management, operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional coordination role
• Extensive experience with Asana or comparable project management platforms
• Proven track record managing creative workflows and product launches in consumer goods, beauty, or DTC environments
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to build reporting and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and use data to inform decisions and measure progress
• Preferred: Experience in beauty/DTC e-commerce, retail operations, tech implementations, supply chain/procurement processes, or high-growth startup environments ($10M–$100M revenue)
