During 65 years of growth, MEI’s portfolio has amassed large scale public infrastructure, sitework, demolition, residential subdivision, and a materials division.
Moore Excavation Inc is seeking a HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER that will lead company construction management and project delivery efforts on variety of heavy/civil and infrastructure projects in the Portland Metro area.
Required and preferred qualifications include:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in management of heavy/civil construction projects including excavation, grading, underground utilities, road/highway construction, and structures.
- Extensive experience successfully managing projects $5M plus preferred.
- Washington and/or Oregon project experience preferred.
- Diverse project resume including private, municipal, federal, and state DOT projects and projects completed as both prime and subcontractor.
- Excellent computer proficiency including MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Project, Etc.); HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job. Thorough knowledge of construction field operations, financial management, and general business management.
- Proven client relations, organizational, decision-making, communication, and supervisory skills.
- BA/BS Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience preferred.
