Overview
PAY RANGE: Minimum $20-25 a hour, up to $30+ based on experience. Pay raises from the minimum can be expected after 90 days of exceptional work and attendance. Paid Holidays and other in office benefits such as refreshments and new personal equipment are provided as well.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, and metal roofing
- Perform tear-offs, insulation installation, membrane application, flashing, and detail work
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders, superintendents, and project managers
- Identify potential issues and report them promptly
- Ability to travel out of state potentially frequently (paid for by Diversified)
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 75 pounds
