Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Texas Division. This position provides a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing engineering consulting firm while getting in on the ground floor with our recently established Texas Division. The Senior Project Manager will focus on developing solutions to design challenges and focus on providing our clients with the highest quality services and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue and position for upcoming projects including both private and public developments
- Negotiate scope and fees with clients
- Engage with and supervise the design team's activities related to land and site developments
- Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities
- Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater and Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Attention to detail/organized
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Works well in a team environment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of civil engineering, land and site development design experience
- Project Management experience required; ability to effectively manage a team and clients
- Experience in Central Texas (Austin & San Antonio) market highly preferred
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
