Neptuno, the leading telecommunications Company in PR is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to assist in the process of plan and coordination activities of designated projects. This position will work under the direction of the Service Director to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate degree
Experience: 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of daily routes
Daily order process, validation of new service tickets or order tickets
Coordinate installations for clients and work all the permissions or any other documentation needed or requested
Coordinate project activities with regulatory or governmental agencies
Follow up with the appropriate departments to initiate, complete or proceed with the next steps of the project
Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time
Document delivered circuits
Inventory Log and daily review of equipment status
Equipment request when needed
Follow up customer’s incidental tickets
Monitoring the daily progress of tasks assigned
Providing detailed updates to Service Director
Close service tickets

Customer Service oriented
Strong communication and active listening skills
Capable of manage a large amount of incoming calls
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
Willingness to work hard and take direction
Action-oriented and willing to collaborate and be a team player
Good planning, organization and time management skills
Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
Proficient in Excel and Word Processing Software is a must
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
