Objective:
Lead Salesforce implementation and development projects within the company, organizing internal efforts and aligning work with specialized external teams (Salesforce Partner, AWS Partner, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the CRM roadmap based on the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a liaison between the business, technical team, and Salesforce/AWS teams.
- Coordinate releases, versions, and changes across sandbox-based environments.
- Establish agile methodologies applied to Salesforce projects.
- Monitor adoption KPIs, technical deliverables, and functional results.
Specific Salesforce Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects (2+ years).
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with org strategy, governance, DevOps, and LWC concepts.
- Salesforce "Salesforce Administrator" or "Associate" certification (desirable).
- Experience managing teams with no prior Salesforce knowledge.
Requirements:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
