Objective:

Lead Salesforce implementation and development projects within the company, organizing internal efforts and aligning work with specialized external teams (Salesforce Partner, AWS Partner, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute the CRM roadmap based on the Salesforce platform.
Act as a liaison between the business, technical team, and Salesforce/AWS teams.
Coordinate releases, versions, and changes across sandbox-based environments.
Establish agile methodologies applied to Salesforce projects.
Monitor adoption KPIs, technical deliverables, and functional results.

Specific Salesforce Requirements:

Proven experience managing Salesforce projects (2+ years).
Solid understanding of the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with org strategy, governance, DevOps, and LWC concepts.
Salesforce "Salesforce Administrator" or "Associate" certification (desirable).
Experience managing teams with no prior Salesforce knowledge.

Requirements:

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
