To manage and oversee all assigned job packages to ensure accurate, efficient order fulfillment and uphold K&M’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review submittals, process POs, and maintain accurate order tracking.
- Communicate weekly order status and handle customer inquiries independently.
- Manage billing, credits, returns, and change orders, including quoting as needed.
- Participates in vendor, representative, and customer meetings and events to strengthen partnerships and enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate job packages and order management.
- Create and maintain job folders and documentation.
- Stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have prior electrical distribution experience or knowledge of products
· Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, tracking) and Adobe applications for documentation and review.
· Ability to calculate sell/cost adjustments and accurately update job package pricing.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Effective communicator able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage changes, discrepancies, and fast-moving project needs.
· Quick learner with commitment to maintaining up-to-date product and process knowledge.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable work experience
All offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
